Materials of Construction:

Elastomers
The elastomers are offered in FDA compliant Viton(r) and EPR as standard. Please check the availability of alternative elastomers if required. Gaskets are supplied in a FDA compliant compound.

Seal Faces
Standard seal face materials include - Carbon, Silicone Carbide and Ceramic.

Componentry
All metallic components in contact with the process media are manufactured from 316 stainless steel. All lubrication and adhesive compounds employed to assemble the seal, comply to Food & Water regulations. Certification of compliance is available upon request.

Food Quality Barrier Fluid
Thermotec Velvet(tm) barrier fluid is available for use on double seal applications.
